• Certified Limited-Scope, Calculation Business Appraisal – A Certified business appraisal but less comprehensive than the full-scope version for situations when you don’t need a full-scope appraisal but still prefer a Certified appraisal that provides reasonably calculation of the value of a business. Examples include Buy/Sell Agreements, M&A transactions, Corporate Business Planning, etc. — Moderate Cost.
• Certified Full-Scope, Summary Business Appraisal – Our most detailed and comprehensive valuation for situations where you need a high degree of accuracy, completeness and confidence that comes with a full-scope evaluation of your business that meets the highest standards of business appraisal reporting. Examples include Estate & Gift Tax Planning/Reporting, Buy/Sell Agreements, M&A Transactions, Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Divorce, and Exit Planning. — Most costly but still significant savings compared to typical accounting or large firm cost.
